It’s not a 16-man squad, but one of the best dishes comes to an end: a refreshing grapefruit granita that can be imagined as a deconstructed, chic slushie.

Here comes the handmade back-and-forth yo yo yo with honey and lavender and can be eaten with any fancy dinner set. The name of this family-run restaurant in the heart of the East Village comes from Ernest Hemingway’s boat Pilar, which he used on a fishing trip to Cuba.
